MaryHR Director
Mary oversees the HR team and Employee Engagement at Health Management, based in our head office in Ringmer. She lives by the sea in Eastbourne and enjoys reading, running and going to Zumba classes. She believes a balanced diet and regular exercise is essential to good health. Her favourite part of working at HML is the unique culture among staff and their commitment to the company.

Mark Occupational Health Physician
Mark heads up our City business and has significant experience in commissioning primary care and occupational health services to a wide range of businesses. He lives in Compton in West Sussex and enjoys cycling during the week and sailing at the weekends. His top tips on staying healthy are to laugh lots, spend time with friends and family and not to take yourself too seriously. His favourite aspect of working for HML is the great people and the sense of family.

AndrewManaging Director
Andrew is co-founder and Managing Director of Health Management. He was brought up on a dairy farm in Cheshire, and now lives in Sussex with his wife and four young sons. He enjoys mountain adventures and bee keeping in his spare time. He maintains that a bike ride and an off-road run are the best ways to shake off bad habits. He is proud that HML is still achieving its goal of working with interesting people and having fun 10 years on.

JacquelineQuality and Standards Director
Jacqueline has worked in a number of different roles during her 10 years at Health Management. She lives in Tunbridge Wells but spent her childhood in Africa and the South Pacific. In her spare time she enjoys riding, drawing and visiting galleries. She’s also currently attempting to learn Portugese and occasionally dabbles in DIY. Her favourite thing about working for HML is her team and the constant variety of work - and being able to bring her dog, Tino, with her every day.
