We have found that even a brief information session to HR Managers and Line Managers can significantly enhance the identification, control and management of sickness absence.

We will carry out or arrange courses covering:

The importance of the DDA
Setting appropriate trigger levels
Confidentiality and ethics
Dealing with common causes of sickness absence
Using the OH service
Setting appropriate attendance targets

To support this we provide handbooks and training to managers and employees to illustrate how they can best use the OH service.
