On line Health Programmes
A cost effective way to provide health improvement programmes is to make them available on your companys intranet.
We provide two on line courses, which have been developed over a number of years: VirtualGym and ThinkWell.

This programme helps employees get in shape and stay fit. It analyses, reviews and monitors an employees current condition and recommends a course of fitness programmes, which can be adjusted as progress is made through the course. It is supported by a telephone helpline to a fitness advisor. |
This programme uses cognitive behavioural methods that have been shown to help improve mental health and tackle bad moods relating to depression, anxiety, anger, guilt and shame. Often people don't know what to do when they feel depressed or anxious. People have little idea why they are feeling down or depressed or what they can do to make themselves feel better. The ThinkWell programme enables a person to identify their mood patterns and suggests certain techniques and life-style changes that would help improve their mental well being. |
