Our risk management services are designed to help you take a pro-active interest in employees’ health in order to improve performance and reduce the risk of ill health and litigation.

Although some of these services are ‘nice to have’, we will determine with you those that will be most cost effective in delivering preventative healthcare across your business.

Employers are increasingly aware that their current practices do not always comply with best practice or current legislation. Your Chief Medical Officer will help you identify what services you need and structure appropriate levels of service across your business.

We are increasingly asked about Pre Employment Health Questionnaires ("PEHQ") by HR departments reviewing their compliance with the DDA. We consider PEHQs to be a first tier level of protection that all employers should be using wherever possible. About 5% of all new joiners will have some medical complication. A PEHQ, which we tailor for each client, will help identify these health problems early on and protect those with issues such as diabetes, epilepsy, hyper tension etc.
