Case Management focuses on implementing and reviewing a rehabilitation plan to ensure your employee has the best chance of a successful return to work

Rehabilitation services may include liaison with treating therapists, insurers or 3^rd parties; co-ordinating and monitoring therapy / further assessments; liaison with Human Resources & Line Managers; developing amended injury strategy & rehabilitation plans; supporting your employee; developing and monitoring graded or phased return to work plans and; keeping all parties informed of progress
