Client Services on CLIP
Client Information Portal : This area of the web site allows clients to access their anonymised medical information including status and management reports.
CLIP personalises for clients:
- Health promotion advice
- Employees’ Handbook
- News on legal cases and changes to legislation
- Information on Employee Rights and Consents
- Information on holding Medical Records
Clients also have online access to two types of live data
- The ‘one click dashboard’; an area that provides restricted access to cases we have reported on or are currently in progress
- Anonymised company reports which provide an analysis of the work that we have carried out on your behalf.
One Click Dashboard
This area offers an at a glance activity summary which can be drilled down to allow you to keep track of the case records we hold on your employees. You will be able to see who has completed a PEHQ; who has been referred to our Clinical Services Team for a sickness absence management report and what work is in progress.
Anonymised Company Reports
A summary of the activity that we have carried out for you. Each report can be customized by you to suit your requirements.
HML Clinical Service Team Contact Details
Each client is provided with a Chief Medical Officer, who is their first point of contact. We also provide back up contact details in case of emergencies. These contact details can be accessed using My Portal.
OH Reference Library
Our document library provides you with a wealth of OH related information including employee health guides, managers guides and policy information.
