For clients, who have an existing in house occupational health service or who have existing arrangements with third party service providers, we will review the work of your current occupational health service in light of your needs and budget, and assess whether you are receiving the most appropriate services and getting value for money.

We will advise you on your needs, establish service level agreements, monitor the performance of the contract on a regular basis; recruit new OH personnel and advise on outsourcing and ITTs when necessary.
