Our People

Health Management employs about 300 people of whom half are doctors and nurses. We employ 49 Occupational Health Physicians, including 28 Consultants, and over 100 specialist Occupational Health nurses, supported by our own psychiatrists, psychologists, practice nurses, ergonomists and physiotherapists. We also have a well established team of Customer Service Managers and Clinical Administrators, who have personal responsibility to look after their own clients.  The business is led by a Senior Management Team, chaired by Andrew Noble, our Managing Director.

Our clinical team is led by Dr Alasdair Emslie. Alasdair is the co-director of Health Management and Chief Medical Officer, in addition to his clinical duties he heads up the Senior Medical Management Team (SMMT), and supports all our clinicians to deliver a leading occupational health services.

Our consultants work closely with our Senior Nurse Management Team, who are responsible for the training, support and advice to our on-site and peripatetic nurses.
