Our Services
At Health Management we are passionate about customer service. From the outset you will be nominated your own Chief Medical Officer and Customer Services Manager, supported by a dedicated clinical administration team, who will work with you to ensure the smooth running of your occupational health programme.

We like to meet with you on a regular basis and are constantly assessing the effectiveness of our services to you. Following recent feedback from clients wishing to monitor the progress of a case ‘as and when required’ our in-house IT team has developed a unique internet reporting portal, which allows you to monitor the progress of individual cases. Customer feedback
Cost of Sickness Absence
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development survey in 2009 found the average cost of sickness absence per year is now £692 per employee, with each employee taking an average of 7.4 days off each year.

Across the UK absence costs the economy £17.3 billion per year.

Their annual poll concluded that the provision of OH is now recognised by employers, across all sectors, as one of the most important weapons in their armoury for tackling both short and long term absence.
