Our client log-in pages allow our customers to access both their own client information portal (CLIP) and the on line referral and questionnaire services. When clients’ sign up for our occupational health services, the nominated contacts are given passwords so they can then access the portal and/or the on line services from this page. Below is a brief summary of the services available;

Client information portal

Our Client Information Portal (CLIP) provides customers with a’ live’ online case tracking facility of all their current and closed cases, as well as access to a range of reports, comparative information and guidance notes.

CLIP delivers a range of reports on line to clients and is tailored to the services provided. These include;

Activity Reports

  • Referrals in progress and closed showing not only the current status but also the outcome codes and data
  • PEHQs; both those in progress and those that are closed
  • Aggregated activity by location
  • Comparison with HML group data
  • Comparison with national data, by industry sector
Status Reports:
  • Diagnosis, whether the case is DDA related and/or Work related
  • Health Surveillance Reports:
    1. COSHH/ individual records of all the health surveillance undertaken each year
    2. Location summary reports by date range
    3. Aggregated reports by location
CLIP provides clients with a library of Policy Bulletins, Managers Guides and Employee Guides. A client’s personalised documents, manuals and forms are also maintained on the site, as well as their primary contact details.

Online services

If an organisation has decided that an entirely electronic service meets their needs, nominated team members will be issued with log in passwords. The password will take them to a portal whereby they can not only create electronic referrals and pre-employment questionnaires, sending them through immediately, or completing them at a later date, but it will also allow them to track their cases and download the advice reports and fitness certificates immediately they are uploaded from our clinicians.

This service has the added advantage of minimising paper records, and thus helping to reduce both the client’s and our carbon footprints.
